CosycustumeReviews of cosycustume.com

Sweatshirt is great! Quality very good, 100% cotton is a plus! I did need a size smaller and when I reached out, they took care of it right away!

I originally ordered a size large, but it ran smaller than expected, so I left a review to help others with sizing. The company reached out right away and offered to send a replacement, which I really appreciated. I received the new shirt and it fits perfectly! Great customer service and they truly stand behind their products. I’d recommend them—just consider sizing up if you’re between sizes.

Great products, very kind services. I wousl recommended to anyone!

Ich bin von der Qualität der Ware und dem Umgang mit Kund*innen total begeistert! Es hat alles fantastisch funktioniert, ich freu mich auf das Tragen der schönen Shirts/ Sweater .

My experience with this company is definitely 5 stars. I love the sayings and pictures on these shirts, but be aware that their sizing runs large, so order the smallest size you think would fit. I had ordered the wrong size at first and missed the return timing window due to being hospitalized, but the company kindly sent me replacement shirts in the smaller size. I'm very happy with the t-shirts and sweatshirt, now. Cosycustume is definitely a company that cares about their customers.

I would this company very nice and easy to work with. I was originally disappointed with my order but they were fast to offer to send me another shirt. Thank you James Michael!!

I paid with Apple Pay and the address associated with my account was super old. The shirt ended up being no delivered there but after contacting the company, they corrected the issue and sent me another shirt. Ge sa quality, excellent printing. Highly recommend

Cheap quality items and they will not accept returns unless you pay to ship it to China. Never will I order from them again.
