So far...exceptional customer service I bought two shirts as a present for a friend, but the XL sizes turned out to be much larger than expected. (American Sizes?) I contacted Cosy Custume to ask whether I could exchange them for a size L. James offered to send both shirts in the smaller size and told me to keep the originals. That was far more than I expected, and a lovely surprise. He has since confirmed that the replacement parcel has been dispatched and that he has requested faster delivery. I’m still waiting for it to arrive, but the helpful, generous response deserves recognition. Thank you, James!

I ordered 4 T shirts without checking the size chart. I loved them, great quality, but much too big. A quick message to the vompany, on the off-chance, and they immediately dispatched the right size ( and didn't want the others returned!)

Customer service 110%. They went over and above so I got a shirt that fit me properly. Will order again. Good quality merchandise.

Every order I have made, and there have been a few, has been dealt with efficiently, and I have received the T-shirts quickly. They completely live up to my expectations, and when I recently needed to exchange a T-shirt there was no problem at all. It was really easy to do.

I ordered the wrong size Tshirt. When I told Cosycustom they immediately put a new Tshirt in the post which has just arrived and it's a perfect fit. The quality of the item is lovely and I'm really impressed that they sent me another shirt free of charge to ensure I was happy with their product. I purchased 4 T shirts without checking the reviews on here. When I did I became a little concerned. But! Let me tell you they were the best! The quality is good, well produced cotton T shirts, printed on not plastic pressed images. Here's where difference lay. Unfortunately, the sizes were off. I contacted the company and spoke to James via email, which I'll add I got a reply quick. I informed him there was a size problem. He basically said I could keep the ones I have and they'd send replacements... WOW! The replacements came yesterday. Same great quality, perfect sizes and one very happy customer! Quality - 10/10 Design - 9/10 Customer service - 10/10 Highly recommended and will be purchasing again. Thank you James Michael you are a star. God bless you my friend.

I am very satisfied with the very quick and efficient assistance of the staff. The T-shirts are good quality too, they are the same as you can see on the photos.
