Really unreliable. Impossible to contact anyone led alone the pharmacist with concerns. Their "contact us" is a total joke. my doctor sent in two prescriptions for an estradiol patch to make up my usual dosage. They messed up my prescription. First they uploaded two different ones to their prescription manager. Then when I couldn't get a person for help, I placed the order. They cancelled one of them. Now Im stuck with partial dose of my treatment and no word from their pharmacist. All attempts on my part to contact them have been impossible. Im stuck with meds I can't use and that I paid for. No word from them. Its been a month.

Dr sent in RX twice. No record on account of RX. I have double checked my account info. Contacted Customer Service twice via chat. No reply. They have no way to speak with a real person. Canceled my account. Expected more from M Cuban.

I'm a physician. I called to change a patient's estradiol patch since they emailed her that the original prescription was unavailable. The rep was completely unprofessional, discourteous, and unhelpful. She could not check the stock of the medication nor get me to someone who could. When I asked for her manager, she acted dismissive. I am filing a more formal complaint. This is not how you support medical professionals and their patients.

The website is so bad I wasn’t able to even register. It forces a middle name initial by autofilling an “M”. I have no middle name so I have no initial. When I told the chatbot my issue it said contact support and added /contact/support to the URL. That link just takes me back to register homepage. If they can’t even make registration possible for those without a middle initial, they’re not that bright. I’ll pay more elsewhere.

I wish I could give Cost Plus Drugs a negative star rating. The order process and shipping were fine (although a little lengthy) but my medications were not shipped according to the temperature controls shown on the back of the package. I live in the desert of Southern California and the ambient temperature was 111° when I picked up my meds from my mailbox. The medication box states that it shouldn’t be stored in excess of 77°, although excursions of 86° are permitted. They were hot to the touch and had been sitting for hours. How difficult is it to add some ice packs and ship this way like almost every other pharmacy I’ve used. I tried reporting this to customer service which is nonexistent, just a bot that constantly asks for the same information over and over again to no avail. There simply isn’t any customer service. Good luck to you if you have an issue. I will never use this company again.

Very very disappointing. I would give it -ve stars if I could. It's been more than 3 weeks since my doctor prescribed my medicines, and I cannot even see them. I had several attempts of trying to follow-up on what is happeing - there is only a bot that chats with me - no customer call number, no live agent to chat with. The bot asked to file a ticket, which I did, but absolutely no reply after that. Never found it so difficult to receieve medicines. Please stay away and get your medicines from literally anywhere else. I guarantee you will have a better experience than Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs

Received a generic prescription for vaginal inserts which are meant to be torn at the time of use on a perforated line so the others remain sterile. This packaging was so flimsy it tore 2 at a time. I had received this same product from other pharmacies from different manufacturers. This was substandard and inferior. After being on hold for 30 minutes the pharmacy said Mark Cuban orders from the cheapest he can. I was offered zero assistance as they said it was acceptable. The drug manufacturer is Aurobindo Pharma. With both product and service poor this was my first and last order with Cost Plus.

Very poor customer service. I was attempting to follow up on getting my prescription refilled. My doctor office has sent a renewal in twice now and yet CPD’s site shows I have no refills. I called their contact number and after 30 minutes on hold decided to ask for a call back number. An hour later no call was made by CPD. I won’t be back and will try Trump’s site.
