I have old pair green Mirror about 15 years old before the 580s game out. frames still good but the light brown lenses turned Rose color. Still usable so I called service to get new lenses put in and the first call a man said They don’t have lenses to fit and he can’t really help me. so I called back and got a very nice lady and she said The same thing and gave me a 50% off promo code.and bought a new pair gray with blue mirror lenses off Costas web sight. sometimes it’s who you get on the Other end. And be nice you get more with honey.

Do not make lenses for my glasses anymore so repair could not be done. They sent me a replacement pair of glasses instead.

Costa gave me a large discount on a new pair of sunglasses when they could not repair damaged pair. Great service as they did not have to do that.

Costa is one of the few companies left that stands behind their product 100 percent. If there is an issue they will resolve it rapidly, and their customer service is the reason I will be a fan for life.

Bought Tuna Alleys a few years ago and I cracked them. Costa replaced them. LOVE THESE SUNGLASSES. I have few nice things left in my life because I have 9 kids and they break everything. I don't let them anywhere near these sunglasses. They are amazing- the kids AND the sunglasses!!
