I have a pair of 1 year old Spearo XL,the website return or replace portion of their website is challenging. Tried uploading pics which I have receipt and pics of issue with glasses and upload just would finish. It just sat there and spun. I have left customer service a message and wonder if I will hear anything. Thanks Update- customer service came through and made me feel like I was dealing with a leader in their industry. They are the top dog for a reason.

Had a bit of a hiccup with delivery likely because of their amazing sale. I recieved the wrong pair of glasses. I called customer service the next day and they were very apologetic and extremely helpful. I received my glasses 2 days later. I noticed my windshield is dirty and was catching more sunlight. I put my Costa’s on and not only did it block the glare, it sharpened my vision with the polarization so the windshield didn’t even look dirty. Love these glasses

I bought my first pair of Costa's in 2018 and have had a few various pairs since and have never looked back. I recently had a warranty issue on my 580G blackouts, and the warranty process is simple, concise and top notch. I sent off my defective pair 11/30/23 and received my new pair 12/6/23. I cant brag enough on Costa glasses and their warranty program. ***** Customer for life ******
