Bought a pair of $270 Costas and after a fall literally 1 foot off the ground, one of the lenses shattered. Seriously, who makes glass lenses on sports sunglasses without some kind of shatter protection?! Costa claimed lenses are NOT covered under their warranty (literally the whole point of sunglasses are the lenses), and quoted me $130 to repair. Unbelievable. Forget these shysters.

Sent wrong glasses. Told me to give to someone else and reorder. Offered $2 as compensation on an order over $100. Customer service is pathetic

Spent $300 for Costa sunglasses. Wire rims. Lenses keep falling out. Got a replacement pair in April and lense comes out frequently in this pair also. Never buy Costas again!

I bought a $300 pair of sunglasses for my wife. The nose piece came off during the 2nd day of wear. I reached out to customer service they gave me the runaround. Couldn't find my order. Making me jump through hoops for a two dollar replacement part. never again. they are owned by luxotica i should have known better.

This company It's not a very good company good company I would not recommend this company to anyone I have bought 4 pair of sunglasses for my family they will not honor any warranty I sent 2 pair back for warranty work they sent me one pair back with the wrong lenses wrong frames and will not send me the other pair and that has been almost 3 years now this company are ripples and thieves. I will post this on every platform I can find to let everyone know that this is a bad company

I purchased a pair of glasses from a dealer and they broke a few months later. I brought them back to the dealer and the dealer sent them in for repair. They were sent back and we were told that they discounted that style and would not repair them. They offered 30%off a new pair and when I caved to order a new pair the code didn't work. What a joke and waste of time and $.

I ordered the glasses online and 10 days after purchase i called customer care to inquire on the status. They informed me that they didnt have my prescription. However Costa did send me a confirmation email with single vision prescription confirmed when i purchased the glasses. Even after i created an online account they didnt notify me they had lost the prescription. Terrible service for $550. I cancelled the order.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. Wasted almost 500$. Obvious design flaws and warranty was worthless. Trash after 4 months of owning. Never buy this brand
