I have bought three pair of costas up until a few years ago. The quality was great and customer service was great. Now you cannot talk to anyone and the customer service on there website is pitiful. Just bought a new pair of Maui Jims. Once luxottica purchased the company, they have lacked in customer service.

Have worn Costas for 30 yrs. Never again. Tried multiple times to get repairs done only to have their website crash every single time. Made me reset my password multiple times. Then said I couldn't login. I crushed my glasses and threw them away..Forget Costas! Y'all are absolute garbage now

I have been wearing Costa sunglasses, hats and t-shirts for many years and have been brand loyal while enjoying the look and quality of their products. However I recently purchased 2 different “trucker” hats from their website and was sent two of the same model. While attempting to return 1 hat per their instructions, it said the “item has already been returned” which blocked my ability to process a return. I tried to reach out for an explanation and the only means of doing so was through e-chat. The agent Kathrein S. had no explanation and her attempt to explain was completely nonsensical. I replied “your explanation doesn’t make sense, please clarify”. She replied “please keep the chat respectful” to which I said I was and I’m trying to understand your policy and procedures. She then replied “I am closing this chat because I’m uncomfortable with the language being used”. She disconnected without providing any help. Terrible experience, poor training, lack of knowledge and hiding behind her being “uncomfortable” instead of helping me. I was shocked. Wokeness I guess? So, no phone number option to call. Crummy return process and then abysmal and entirely frustrating chat service. My opinion of the company has been drastically altered and I will NEVER purchase or recommend COSTA product.

After SEVEN Aattempts to get a price to replace a sunglass lense (I was going to replace) costa on the 7th reply told me that would costs $102. Does anyone really think that’s what they paid ? 7 pairs have been purchased over the last few years. THERE WILL NOT B AN 8th !!!

I received these sunglasses for Christmas they were damaged right out of the box! I tried to get another pair and the return process is horrible! I don't recommend buying from this company they don't care about quality! such a waste of my time and money

I ordered replacement temples. The wrong ones were sent. I have sent pictures showing what the original hinge looks like and what the one they sent looks like. They are different and not the same. I keep getting the same message back that they are the correct temples for my glasses. THEY ARE NOT!! Customer service with the now Luxottica Mafia is worthless.

Have owned Costas for a few years the two pairs I bought last year broke. Contacted warranty and denied my claim to fix. Whoever bought costa better get their stuff together. I will not buy another pair of them. Maui Jim's are what I purchased to replace and believe me way better warranty. They actually replace when broke not many questions to it. Sorry Costa but your on the fast track to going out of business
