I bought a pair of Costa sunglasses a number of years ago and they quickly became my favorite. I used them for fishing, sailing and basically everything. Not only did they provide superior visibility in the bright sun on the ocean they were comfortable and looked great. At some point the tip of one of the ear pieces broke and I contacted Costa to see if I could purchase a new ear piece. They told me the style I had was out of production, however, they would give me a new pair under warranty! These glasses are well over 5 years old and I didn't have a receipt. Nevertheless, they sent me a brand new pair for free. This is without a doubt the best warranty I have ever encountered and it's doubly good because the product is excellent. Thank you Costa. You have a customer for life.

I had an absolutely incredible experience. People can say what they want about Luxottica, but my experience was nothing less than the best that I could have asked for. My pair came with a small manufacturer defect on one of the arms. It wasn't enough to really complain about for some people, but I just paid several hundred for glasses, so I want them to be perfect. I contacted support and, after only a few minutes and pictures, I was told to keep the pair I had and they would send me another brand new pair, for free! Mariana sat up a brand new order and gave me a several hundred dollar, 100% discount and sent them out with overnight shipping. All in all, the interaction took about 10 minutes. Absolutely incredible. Will buy only buy Costa Del Mars from now on. Check out the Costa Del Mar "Fergs"! I got them in Matte Green. It's like an updated/modern tortoise colorway. TLDR; My pair came with a small manufacturer defect, so I was told to keep them and they sent me another brand new pair. I could not ask for a better outcome. It really shows that they stand by their products and services. They will have my continued business!

Want to say what a great experience I've had with not 1 but 2 of my glasses needing repair. It was easy fast and they covered them 100 percent. I will definitely buy more!

Initial inquiry into Brine black frames with green polarized glass lenses were out of stock - asked to place a notice request - received an email within about 2 weeks - ordering was quick and easy - tracking the package was just as easy - arrived on time and currently enjoying them!

Thanks for the help. I first called in then emailed a few times and got nothing but great, courteous, interested people to help me out. It was refreshing. I have 6 - pairs of Costa's for different situations and love the comfort of the fit, the 580G, and the side coverage keeps the sun out.
