Been a long time owner of a pair of Fathom's. In fact I've had the same pair for 20 years. I have had the lenses replaced twice, both times for $11. I am in need of another set of lenses, and was told by CS that it will be $62. What happen to the excellent CS dept?

repair service is horrible, will take your money and either send wrong item with no return options or no product al all, been trying to get our issues fixed for 6 months, exhausted Very long customer of Costa, something changed,we are moving to different Brand

I am a fisherman and have owned many pairs of Costas, mainly Tuna Alleys and Fisch. Previously, when the nosepieces came unglued you could send them back to Costa and they would repair replace. My last two pair of prescription Fisch, close to $700 each one, lasted just over two years before the nosepieces started separating from the frame. Guess what? They cannot be repaired, because no glue adheres (hot glue, super glue, epoxy ...), AND Costa will no longer repair. The only solution, according to Costa is a new set of frames for $191. EACH. They basically confirmed that the nosepiece issue is very common and “known,” not covered anymore after two years, and basically, you are SOL on your supposedly high-end Costas due to NOSEPIECES UNGLUING! I currently own nine pairs of Costas, prescription and regular. They lost me as a customer over NOSEPIECE GLUE. Once a great American company ... now offshore JUNK. Look around on the ‘Net for Costa nosepieces. See for yourself. BEWARE. Costa is no longer The Costa of old.

I wanted to use the virtual try on, but it kept ignoring the default camera setting in edge and using the terrible camera instead of a good camera

The quality is rather poor. The lens is very good but the frame is very poor. I have already had one pair replaced because the frame got blisters from sweat. This time I have cleaned them after use every time but the sunglasses are starting to fall apart.

Sunglasses arrived severely crooked and had to take them to an optometrist to have them professionally adjusted. EDIT: I reached out to the email below and was told to file a warranty claim which would have taken a month in total to to complete. Instead, I called, talked to a real person and they hooked it up. Great customer service, but they do try to steer you toward online chat, and other automated processes which is kind of annoying.

I just ordered a pair of Fantails online and reached out to their support team twice to see if they could expedite shipping and I am willing to pay for it, once via chat for a callback and once via phone and asked for a call back - after 4 hours, I have received nothing back from customer support. Not a great customer experience so far.

Sent in my prescription sunglasses because the frames broke down. They were in constant contact at this time and knew they were prescription glasses. I was sent back a non prescription set. I called and texted right away asking them where my prescription lenses were and they stopped responding all together just ghosted me. I’ll never have my friends or family ever buy a pair of costas again. So I emailed them they answered offered to send me a new pair but then they said the prescription was out of their range. Though the original pair was not , not sure how this is. So I told them to just send me a regular pair and they have ghosted me again. Don’t trust this lifetime warranty they offer! Update 2 - so they sent me another pair of plain sunglasses no prescription. This was to try and make up for the lost prescription one. So I can say they did try. Though their communication is terrible I have to give them a better grade.
