The customer service I received was second to none. Accidents happen to all of us especially me it seems like when it comes to expensive awesome eyewear. Most of it's due my profession in the HVAC industry and some tree work. Two months into a new pair of Rincons they got dropped on ceramic tile and cracked one of the lenses. Of course I didn't get the extra package for $40 so I was SOL basically and was offered a fair price to repair them. Luckily the crack in the lens wasn't in my direct vision. Problem with repairing is the amount of down time without and that I drive on a daily basis sometimes 6-8 house calls a day. I NEED my sunglasses.
