initially nice pair of 600$ prescription sunglasses. 15 months after purchase - of course 1 yr warranty, the rubber nose cushion falls off. what do you know - no replacements available on sunglasses less than 2 years old. so what do i get? a 50% off coupon to buy another pair like that would make sense? before you purchase i would check to see if they have any replacements available. if not maybe look somewhere else ... disappointing

After bouncing back and forth with two different customer support, I can tell you 580g prescription lenses are impossible to obtain in Italy. They will offer the option to get aftermarket Rx lenses, but this defies the purpose of getting Costa fishing-specific products. If I wanted any lens, I'd go to my local optician. Policarbonate lenses are also a no-go for me as salt will scratch them and you can throw them away on a year. Extremely frustrating experience, I certainly won't buy Costa or essilorLuxottica products again.

Worse sunglasses ever!!! Film on sunglasses started chipping 3 weeks after having them! Wouldn't recommend!

Absolute fraud of a company. My costa permit lens was defective. I was told no problem please send the sunglasses back and we will refund you. 4 months have passed and still no refund. Each week I email them asking for my refund to be completed, and each week I’m told to wait longer. There is no excuse for a refund to last 4 months.

I’m an airboat tour guide in the Everglades so I use my costas A LOT, and I really liked them before they practically fell apart not even 2 years into owning them from sun cracks in the plastic frame. I went ahead and made a repair claim on warranty to which I was denied. I know people who have had their glasses fixed/replaced for much less. While I like the glasses, the customer service doesn’t seem to want to help me, and unfortunately a product is only as good as its customer service

For a premium product Costa customer service is subpar. I have been a lifetime customer and have own over 10 pair s of Costas. But every time there is and issue with one of their premium product I get the run around about getting them repaired. Whether it is loose moldings or nose pads. It is like an act of congress to have them repaired. I would even pay for it. so today I am the proud own of a new pair of smith optics. I am sending the new pair i just purchased from Costa while i was going to get a couple pairs of my old costas repaired. Now Im just going to throw them in the garbage where they belong. poor Suport TEAM a Real shame for the price of the Glasses Bass Pro Shop should drop your subpar product

My glasses were shipped from a factory in Italy instead of the GA factory, which is where it was supposed to be shipped from. I was told 2 to 3 day expedited shipping was how my order was shipped. It's been well over 7 days and nothing, other than my glasses are passing through customs in PA, I live in TX. No information was passed to me, I had to find this out after days of waiting and finally asking Costa. I still have no update on the delivery date and am out several hundred dollars without glasses promised expedited 2 to 3 days shipping.
