Brand new pair if Tuna Alley glasses less than six months old and the rubber nose piece is breaking off and the rubber on the ear pieces is coming off. Costa will not warranty because they say its not a manufacturer defect. I have had several different models from them with the same issue. You should expect better for as much as these glasses cost. They will never get another dime from me. You'd be better off with wal mart sunglasses. At least you wouldn't be out as much when they tear up.

Glasses Dont fit. Website says glasses can be returned but there is no return procedure. I will be making a paypal and Visa Complaints then an Ombudsman claim if necessary . Companies cant lie about returns in Australia, Don't buy

This is my second pair of glasses as he first the nose piece came unglued. Now my second warranty pair the rubber has come unglued from the plastic frames and warranty was denied. Sent in picture, chated and called but said it was not a defect when they glue the nose piece and rubber to the frames. Will never buy another pair ever! So for an update you want me to buy more crappy glasses that will do the same. Sorry I'm not that stupid and there are other products that will stand behind their product. Ever seen Costa and Oakley were bought ou they are crap.

THE WARRENTY IS A LIE DONT BELIEVE IT. SUPPORT ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER I have given Costa Del Mar a review of one star. That is actually more than they deserve. Costa is not the same sunglasses company that it has been for the last 20+ years. They say that they have a lifetime warranty and this is not true at all. It is not a lifetime warranty in the warranty is based on whether they feel like it’s a warranty item or not. On my most recent warranty issue with them the Plastic sides on the temples delaminated. This is clearly a manufacturing flaw. They say it is not covered. I then called them on the phone and I got a person in the service department named Ian. Ian was very quick to tell me that he did not own the company and he did not set the rules and they do have a lifetime warranty, but in fact they don’t. I then asked for him to send me to a supervisor because he was actually being very rude and how he was talking with me. He said he was not rude and he decided that he was talking to me in an acceptable manner and that he would not transfer me. He refused to transfer me to supervisor. I don’t know who’s running this company now, but they don’t seem to understand that customers like myself who have been wearing nothing but their sunglasses for over 20 years should make a difference, but I guess we don’t to them I WOULD NEVER BUY A PAIR OF COASTAL SUNGLASSES I WOULD NEVER BUY A PAIR OF COAST SUNGLASSES DON’T BE FOOLED BY THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY IT IS A LIE.

Wonderful products...tragic customer service! Used to be different, not anymore! I am making it my retired ass business to spread the word of a great products fa ll from grace. Despicable!

I purchased this pair of sunglasses in September 2025. In July 2026, where the frame connects to the arm, the joint broke and I am missing a nose pad. Went onto costas website, created an account and filed a warranty claim. Mind you they are less than a year old. The company declined my warranty stating that is not covered by warranty due to it not being the manufacturer’s fault. They also stated that my pair of sunglasses are discontinued, BUT they still have them listed on their website and here on Amazon. I’ve been a costa wearer for years but after my first ever warranty claim, I will not be coming back. I will not wear any luxotica or costa brand again.

glasses have a defect and they wont fix them

I've had 2 sets of Costa Brine shades for 15 years. Never again! When they were based in Daytona Beach, Florida for 40 long years they came with a lifetime warranty and they never required a receipt... you could have gotten them as a gift or simply lost it over the years. The new owners in Italy just refused to replace them two days ago... after a nightmare trying to deal with their AI email service and customer service over the phone in the Phillipines. A company in Italy bought Costa and absolutely refuses to honor the company's previous lifetime warranty. Their quality has gone way down and they only warranty them for 2 years now... while their prices jumped at least 25%. I will never buy from them again and I'll never recommend them to my dive students either. Without a lifetime warranty, they should cost under $100. Otherwise, why bother? 4 days later Okay, I tried the CostaSocialCS@costadel... thing and got the same run around. Pretty sure it's all AI as well. No lifetime warranty or honoring it anymore. The best they'd do is offer 50% off a new pair. The new ones are junk plus cost 25% more and only come with a 2 year warranty now. No thanks... I'll have to pay over $150 to replace mine that came with a lifetime warranty. Costa should have stayed in Daytona Beach and kept real Americans answering their phones, not sent customer service overseas and to AI. Never again... they're literally a rip off today. 4 more days later... Costa AI keeps sending emails from their link below. It's getting annoying because now they're just wasting my time. No actual person to speak to... no customer service of any kind. Same old BS... they're AI email service refuses to honor the lifetime warranty and expects me to pay 50% off for a replacement pair. That's over $150... no thanks! They're not worth half price either... not without a lifetime warranty! Go figure. Costa sunglasses are a rip off now, the lower quality sucks too... never again.
