Do not waste your money !! I purchased the Tuna Alley Sunglasses online less than a year ago and had a very small crack appear on the bridge of them while putting these on my head. I contacted customer service and was denied a warranty replacement stating they were out of warranty and I purchased them 11 months ago. They also stated the crack was not covered ! Isn't that terrible "materials" that they claim their warranty covers? They offered to replace them but they would cost me $150, I paid $170 originally!!! I will NEVER EVER buy another product again from Costa Sunglasses ever again!! Buyer beware !!!!

I bought my first pair of Costas 12 years ago. They are very comfortable, but they had a lifetime warranty. That was the main reason for buying them. Unfortunately, I lost them in the ocean 10 years later. I was pretty upset, as I had never spent over $200 for a pair of sunglasses in my life. That year, my kids, who do not make a lot of money, saved up together and bought me a pair for Christmas. I was blown away. A couple of weeks ago, one of the arms broke when it got caught in my golf hat. I honestly don’t know how it happened. I submitted a claim, and then found out that they no longer have the lifetime warranty. That was very upsetting as they said the warranty had expired. They offered a replacement pair, but I would have to pay $140. If I do that, I now have $400 invested in a single pair of sunglasses that has a crappy warranty. It used to be justifiable to spend that kind of money for a pair of sunglasses because of the lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer for life. Update: The automated reply says to me that they don’t even read reviews. This only solidifies my position.

These glasses look good and are comfortable. Unfortunately, they didn't even last 2 months. No warranty support. I purchased the Rinconcito Blue Polarized Plycarbonate model directly from Costa Del Mar through Amazon. Many of the bad reviews describe that the glasses are fragile and break, and Cost Del Mar does not provide support. I thought I would be different because I take care of things. I should have listened. I kept them in the case that they came in and only wore them when I was outside in the bright sun for an outdoor activity. I probably wore them 10 times in 2 months. One time I wiped them with my soft shirt to clean them off, like I have on every pair of glasses I have ever owned, and the lens coating came right off. My shirt was covered in blue glitter from the material and the glasses were ruined. Naturally, since they were so new, I contacted Costa Del Mar and requested a warranty replacement because clearly no responsible company would build this into their product as a feature. Costa Del Mar simply replied with, "Upon evaluation of your claim, we have determined that the issue was not due to defective material or workmanship." Essentially, they confirmed that this is a normal feature of this product. At least they kindly gave me a 50% discount on my next pair of fragile plastic glasses. No thanks. Buy at your own risk.

If you like getting your hair ripped out constantly, you should buy the Loreto glasses from Costa! Horrible design! Would not recommend. I’ve only kept them because they were a gift and way too expensive to throw in the trash! Received in 2022 and have tried to not write this review. The glasses LOOK nice, but I just lost about 10 more strands of hair and soon enough I’ll probably have some bald patches. Customer service is usually closed when I get really upset about this. If I had saved all of the strands I might have enough to make a wig for myself!!!

I'm super disappointed in Costa Del Mar. I purchased 3 Men's hats during their sale this past Cyber Monday, great sale by the way, but received an email today stating "we miscalculated our inventory" and canceled my entire order. Then sent an email with a 15% off code for redemption. Not to mention, when I go back to the website, the SAME hats are still available on their site. 15% is way less than the Cyber Sale they were offering. At least send me a coupon for the same percentage off my entire order. Seems they just wanted to cancel my order, then send me a lesser coupon so they can recoup more money from the sale. Very disappointed...

The rubber ear handles started coming off 4 weeks in. The retail outlet I got them from said they could do nothing. There is no warranty for these sunglasses. After I super glued the rubber parts back on, I dropped them a couple months later and the frames broke. $200 for sunglasses that are made no better than $15 glasses. What a rip off. Never buy pricey glasses again

I have a pair of RealTree Blackfin sunglasses that the Rubber nose/cheek pads have come apart. They offer no repair option, only 50% coupon for new purchase. The Realtree brand cost a premium price when purchased, so now I have glasses worth nothing. I have purchased Costas since the 1990's, currently have 3 pair, and a junk pair. My wife has 4 pair. Very disappointed.

Bought my Black fins in 2023 and my frames just broke. All I did was bump them a little and they broke on the nose ridge. Costa will not replace but offered new pair for half price. 300.00 glasses should not be this cheap and a company like Costa should replace my frames. I’ve had glasses from a liquor store take mor punishment by far. No more costa for me!!
