Got the Costa Ballast 580P glasses. They consistently crack around the eye piece. This is due to stress fractures. Costa no longer does their own warranty. They now are handled through a third party. They replaced them once and it happened again. Submitted the warranty 3 times and rejected. DO NOT BUY these glasses!!!! I can NOT stress this enough. They will crack and it's not your fault. I'm going to just buy another brand and move on.

I recently purchased a pair of Slack Tide Blue Mirror 580G sunglasses. Very good in the extreme South African sun. I do a lot of deep sea fishing. Unfortunately the one nose piece just fell away.(lost) the other side is very loose. Just two prongs to slide in. Very loose. Can only replace lenses. I cannot order a loose nose piece. Poor show.

Received a pair of Costa Kailano sunglasses for Christmas. Literally the second time I wore them, they were knocked off a coffee table onto a hard floor. One lens cracked. No great force, a low height and the lens still broke. I was offered a $116 AU credit by sunglasses Hut….when they cost $291 to buy, so I would have ended up having to pay and extra $174 for a brand new pair, when all I needed was the lens (would have meant $465 for a $291 pair of sunglasses). So I contacted Costa De Mar directly and they don’t do replacement lens in Australia. How ridiculous! I ended getting a plastic replacement from Sunglasses Fix online. DO NOT recommend!!!!!!!

I purchased a pair of tuna alley pro glasses and they were great I've had many pairs but this is the first pair I've purchased the protection plan on and it's a joke. I won't be buying Costas any longer. These are too expansive for the lack of customer service. The phone number to make a claim on your plan doesn't work. No one takes your email seriously and just keep getting told to call the same number. These are a superior product, it's a shame the customer service or lack there if is so poor.

HORRIBLE customer service Trying to exchange sunglasses was the worst experience. Gave me codes that didn't work. Spent HOURS on the phone They entered my card information in wrong 3 times so then it was flagged as a suspect vendor. I had to call my credit card company to have it cleared and use another card. Was told I could not talk to a supervisor as my card had been declined. On phone with CC company and they said the vendor had entered too many times and for multiple amounts.

I ordered sunglasses on a Black Friday special in (Order: 7395731074316). Every week or so they sent an email saying my order was almost ready. Then, on January 2, 2025, Costa emailed to say my order was cancelled because they are out of stock on the frame. It took them 6 weeks to discover they don't have the sunglasses? Or they just did not want to honor tge black friday price. Don't believe your order status from this company.

Las gafas no llegaron, el correo dice que entrego, pero no se recibió el paquete de gafas. No consigo hablar con algún representante ni e podido reclamar xq no contestan los email y las llamadas las tumba el sistema, nadie te atiende. Como reclamo mi dinero❓

Don’t get robbed i spent 300$ purchase for costa sunglasses the fell 3ft onto Carpet lense got cracked. Customer service here is terrible if that was a rod tip from fishing pole or or an and small object would have led to permanent eye damage. MY FIRST REVIEW OF THIS SITUATION AND DEALING WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS REMOVED!!!!!
