Costa SunglassesReviews of costadelmar.com

I wouldn’t bother order from this website, first order I purchased the order was completely wrong the glass frame were different size and the lenses were different return the item purchase another pair frames were different and wrong size again and lens color was the wrong so I will be returning once again. If you would like to order some I recommend going to a local Academy or a sunglass hat in the mall to purchase order do not bother on the website

Your create a return link does not work.

Purchased a pair of costa sunglasses less than 6 months ago the left arm hinge came completely out of the frame reached out about warranty after seeing they have a 2 year warranty to get them fixed and was told they are not under warranty they are 6 months old never dropped not one scratch on them I’m offered a discount on the next pair why would I spend anymore money with you if your not going to stand behind the first product I purchased

April 11, 2025, they still refuse to refund while saying that they escalate this and to give them five more days to get back to me, which they never do. I called back in and I go through the whole story all over again and again. The whole time saying they will issue me a refund give them 5 days then nothing and the whole cycle starts over again. This is literally been going on since the end of 2023. Costa Delmar refused to give me a refund. They owe me money and refuse to give it to me. They are rude and unprofessional. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Added——-2/18/25 This issue has been escalated repeatedly for about 10 months now. I have literally spend days on the phone with you people. Costa issued me a check. The check was never received. Costa refuses to issue me a new refund check. Do not buy anything here unless you are ok with it being lost/stolen and being in a customer service will return your phone call repeated loop, the only one there that gave me any hope was Theresa and she is not at the company any longer or so I’m told. The product they sent me was defective and they refused to correct the problem.

Costa Del Mar sunglasses issued me a refund after a year long debate. They Sent a check out via mail, it never arrived. When asked to issue another check, they said that they We’re not able to and won’t do that.

I have a pair of Jose Pro with a Grey nose piece. That nose piece has failed 2 times now, the rubber degrades and leaves 2 very sharp metal pieces exposed that will cut or stab you. I have pictures to show that it is nothing but product failure. They will not repair them but will charge me 1/2 price for a new pair that will last a year maybe. I will be taking my money to Bajio I have been a Costa fan for a long time and have bought many pairs of glasses from them. Not any more sad to see your quality go to the toilet along with customer service. I already went through customer service! You don't have the parts to fix it so you gave me a voucher for 50% off a new pair. Why buy more failing glasses at $277.00 a pair without any kind of warranty on FAULTY NOSE PIECE. Do better!

Very expensive and didn't even last 2 years. My glasses fell 3 feet off a table and the frame broke. Do yourself a favor dont waste your money on these glasses that don't last as long as $15 gas station sun glasses.

Costa no longer stands behind their products. Arms broke off 2 of mine, (Jose & Dieago) with very light use. The old Costa woud repair. Not any more. Lenses stil great......For this kind of$ $$ you would think it would be coverd.
