Love all the Costa sunglasses I've purchased. This was my 5th or 6th pair I just received. Their "sizes" total baffle me. I'm very small, 4' 10" and weight 102. The glasses I just purchased are a large. I had to go to a couple local stores to try on glasses. Found the right ones and ordered online. I had an online discount because my pair were obsolete and couldn't be repaired. Great deal. Love my new glasses. Love the newer copper lenses. Custom service team are very nice but don't always have the correct information. Please, please explain your"sizes"!!

Walker Hybrid Shorts are not as depicted. The "shark" color that is shown is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the actual color. The actual color isn't very nice looking. The other big issue is they run grossly bigger to the point of falling off. I ordered a 36 waist, the shorts are at least a 40, I would say closer to 44 b/c they literally drop to the floor when I put them on. Return was handled quickly

I ordered a pair of Ocean Ridge 400 eyeglasses with 59 mm lenses on 3/28/24. On 3/30/24 I got an email saying they were delayed 1 or 2 days. On 4/8/24 I got an email saying they didn't have the frames and my order was cancelled. I was upset no one called to see if I wanted a different color frame or a different frame at the sale price, no just canceled. The frames were still on the website so I started tweeting and surprisingly they called me. I'm editing my original review. I had a bad experience with customer service and lets leave it at that. I was told the eye glasses were in stock so I reordered them with a discount code provided by some else at customer service. that got me back to the sale price. Then they went out of stock again. I was then provided with other options which were good but my head is just to big. I bought sunglasses as a birthday gift to a friend. the original experience was a little crazy and they did make it up to me. I appreciate their efforts.

I have many pairs or Costas and in general, great frames, great durability, great lenses. Recently purchased a pair of black frame Palmas with the grey lenses, and the lenses are near worthless. Ill write in to see if they will get me new or different lenses but these are not adequate for being outside in the sun.

I’ve tried my best to live with the Costa Diego 580G, but I can NOT!!! Last 8 months, and nothing good has came from it. The Diego glasses do NOT stay put and fall off at every turn. They won’t stay on my head, with or without a cap. They won’t stay on top of my head. They will be lost in the water, or anywhere. I can not trust wearing them even around the house working. God forbid I bend over, they fall off. Nothing sticky about them. I’ve contacted customer support but they won’t take it back on a trade or anything because I bought their product thru a distributor, at retail price. They gave me a discount on my next purchase, so I just bought the King 8 direct. Love the brand Costa! Hate the Diego!! It’s useless for me.

I am currently going through the return process with Costa. I have already sent in the pair to be repaired; however, I haven't received an update in over a month. I have tried to check for a status online and keep receiving error messages. When I called, they are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. Only open "normal" business hours. Not even so much as an online chat available. Unfortunately, not impressed by this after seeing all the rave reviews about their customer service.

I purchased these Costa sunglasses to replace my old ones.....both "top of the line " products. The new sunglasses, especially the frames, are substantially less quality than the old ones. This will probably be my last Costa sunglasses.
