My husband loves these glasses , but they always fall apart. The bridge of the nose and down the sides. We send them in and they do replace them , but with rebuilt glasses and the same issue appears every time. This last time we sent in the photos and the replacement was rejected. They did give a 50% off a purchase and I have ordered the same glasses for him, but this will be the last time for me . I just bought him the silver frame pair the other day too, that will be the last of the Mohicans !

The only reason I ordered another pair was because they wouldn't repair any of my old pair even if I paid to have them repaired. I have a pair that are 12 years old and another that is 7 years old and both have been great but need repair. Hopefully, parts are made available for the new pair.

Track your order function does not work. No updates on orders. Got sent an email that glasses were mailed and there was no tracking number found. Customer service available limited hours of the day.

I love my Costa sunglasses, but the only reason I kept them in my arsenal was because my little brother told me how good your warranty was through the years that he owned Costas (he stated he has no less than 4 pairs in circulation when we went to IMS last month). I'm going to go ahead & find a pair of shades that don't shed their grips / rubber components. I've found plenty of other products that cover that portion of performance, which in terms of sunglasses is rather basic. The most continuous issue I've had since purchasing my first pair 10+ years ago has been the rubber components. I'm on my third pair (lost one pair altogether) and every pair has had the nose piece fall off altogether AND the gripper portion that casts over my ears flops loose. I guess my sweat is acidic & y'all don't cover wear from sweat! These lenses are beautiful (other than a scratch that I put there about a week after they arrived). Y'all make a great product, BUT when I do my review, the highlights will include how poorly the rubber components stay adhered to the base plastic & no coverage under the heavily touted 'Limited Warranty'. I'm honest to a fault & will pretty much need to cut & paste from this email so I can post to your website in the near future. Let me know asap if your response in this email changes, but I certainly appreciation your prompt Warranty statement...

Costa no longer stands by its warranty. They demand proof of purchase after years of warranty work. You would think a customer relationship would mean something but it doesn't seem to with Costa!

I ordered the Waterwoman with Polarized GLASS. The "Glass" is not real glass but plastic, Polarized Polycarbonate. It is false advertising to say "Polarized Glass (580G)" when it is not. Very disappointed because the price is much higher for the real glass than the Polarized Polycarbonate. I paid for real glass and was overcharged for the glasses. I know the difference because I had a pair of Costa glasses, the Sullivan, and it had real Polarized Glass (580G). The glass broke in one of the lenses in the Sullivan and I sent it in for repair. paid $125. Then, after 2 months of not hearing anything from them, I reached out, only to be told they could not replace the lens. They offered a credit to purchase a replacement pair. I was excited to get my new glasses, but very disappointed in the quality of the replacements and to find out it wasn't Polarized Glass (580G) which sucks!!! I gave a 2 star because of the credit they offered otherwise I would have given 1 start.

I ordered a pair of sunrise silver prescription online. I called to confirm everything about the order before placing the order online. Received the wrong colored lenses today. I called them and they told me they don't carry sunrise silver in prescription. I confirmed the order on the phone before placing it. So now it's 6 weeks for a return of $700. They are an unorganized company with unqualified employees who barely speak English.

Be careful about the lifetime warranty. I have been a life long Costa customer due to their fantastic warranty. Well, times are a changing. The warranty pair that they sent me now has a flaw on the lense, but because I didn’t keep the original receipt from years ago, they will not fix their faulty product. Even though they have in their records where they sent me the faulty pair. Very disappointed
