My lenses coatings started coming off in a few months and when I tried to get them fixed under the warranty they said my pictures weren’t clear enough. I’m a photographer- if mine aren’t clear enough nobody’s will ever be. I kept trying to no avail until the warranty expired. Customer service is nonexistent.

I purchased the reefton Pro and it is very comfortable and I like wearing it, but the rubber keeps separating from the frame. I have had these glasses replaced under warranty four times for the exact same manufacturer defect. Costa now claims my glasses are out of warranty and insist this is not a manufacturers defect. They are wrong. These glasses are not well built at all and at some point they made their warranty shorter. I’m extremely disappointed in Costa. I thought they were better than this.

I would not recommend anyone wasting there hard earned money on these over priceded glasses I was spending about 1000 every year for a long time on them but its like they have got cheaper an cheaper made every year I bought 2 pairs this year with the upgraded warranty on them an didnt have them long an one just the lens got cracked an other frame broke an they would not stand behind there product when we all know it doesn't cost that much to make them.

Do not buy Costa's they do not stand by their warranty. My glasses had a mysterious crack in the lens less than three months old. Sent warranty claim they said it was not covered. I will never purchase them again. The only reason to buy high end sunglasses is the warranty.

I have a pair off glasses from costa I hardly used on both same issues the lenses shared faded can’t see a thing the quality on this total trash .back and 2021 obtain this as a gift not they no longer have lifetime warranty so they asking me to pay for replacement why will I pay if I will run into the same issue down the road best bit stay away from this brand products are total garbage no wonder they charge warranty policy 👎🏻💩

I’m done with this company. SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT!!! Repair to nose pad denied. Horrible customer hservice service. Use other brands

Wader glasses are trash manly cause of lack of quality and they no longer have a life time warranty. I have to come to second website to write a review which just shows how down hill this brand has gone down hill , do not waste your time

I have been talking to them fora month about warranty, its been nothing but a living hell. Do not buy Costas anything n save your aggrevation
