Getting a flat white at any of the Bolton Costa Coffee branches is a gamble since Coca-Cola took over. I have a look at who is at the machine and order accordingly. I believe the staff does train on-site as they get along. Not a good policy. You can tell why Costa was successful prior to the takeover. Shame on the new management.

Apparently dish washer broken so drinks dispensed in paper cups. This was not the experience we expected for the price.

Having lost a credit card, I tried to find a branch telephone number but like so many companies these days they cannot be found or contacted. It makes question why a company as successful as Costa feels it necessary to be so secretive?
