I visit the drive through at Clacket Lane M25 clockwise once a week and lately the service has deteriorated and many unavailable items. Today, at 1 PM the girl who took the order was not overhelpful nor polite. The croissant was hard and tough, the panini was uncooked and I was given the wrong coffee. Very disappointing and unsatisfactory

Frankly disappointing, they are increase store opening hours while cutting hours for staff, forcing staff to work longer, while also failing to provide a buffer for sickness which is rampant. They don’t pay anywhere near enough to entice new workers in, meaning that the staff that are working are going without legally required breaks, those who are legally limited by hours(due to age) are working more than they are allowed, and they don’t pay OT, which screws over the staff when the store is left in a mess and requires time, that’s not allowed, to clean to an acceptable standard. Frankly the miss management and constant push for to get more for less out of their workers is going to cause the company to implode if they are not careful. They provide negligible training to store managers, meaning they are constantly fighting with a helpdesk to get anything done.

Went for lunch on Saturday at the Minster , Ramsgate Costa Coffee branch - I know that you now allow dogs in store ( not that I agree even though I am a dog owner myself ) but this was the second time I have witnessed a customer with two dogs given cream for their dogs in takeaway cups , the customer then poured the cream onto the floor for each dog to lick from the floor - surely this is a step too far ??? I find it disgusting and as a regular customer am being put off having my coffee here - is it really essential to allow dogs and give them instore treats ?? 🤢

Absolutely NOT dog friendly and this Company's unwelcoming ‘policy’ is widely enforced rigidly, even in those outlets located in rural market towns, where large numbers of country based folk have dogs - but other customers with feral kids are bizarrely tollerated and are allowed to let them run riot freely with impunity. And to digress, why do they always serve you Uber-chilled milk from the fridge for your tea and coffee by default unless you ask for it to be warmed up?

Bit of a strange vibe in the Costa cafe in Gloucester Road, Bristol. Funny stares from staff despite no problems being caused. This has happened repeatedly. I’m getting a bit fed up with it. However, the frappes are cheap enough and the cheese and beans toasties are back. I will, however will not be going in there if I can help it unfortunately. The staff in there don’t even know me and I get that? Like 8 times on 8 different visits? Please leave me alone my lovelies.
