Beware of this company
I never received the product! They send it to the wrong city in my country and tried to blame me. When I contacted support they just said it would probably be discarded and “best of luck”. I looked for a refund but of course I was ignored. update! I never received the product and they have contacted me almost TWO YEARS later to resolve it.

Horrible customer service – avoid
This delivery took a really long time to arrive, as it came from China. When it got here, I wrote requesting how to return it, as it had arrived too late (it was to be a gift). The tone of the reply was unhelpful and rude. The company require it to be sent via tracked post to the US (I'm in Europe) at the customer's expense. The whole thing feels not quite legitimate, and I don't feel confident of getting the refund.
