My products have never arrived
My products have never arrived, that I have ordered fir almost 2 months ago. First they told me to wait, than they told they will send a replacement. I asked for a refund instead, because I don’t want to wait 2 months more for something that won’t arrive. They ignore my request, and still talk about checking up with the shipping company. Their customer service is so bad, they don’t follow up on previous mails from me, and pretend every time like it’s the first time they hear about my issue. Don’t buy from them!
