Horrible! Do not sign up. Paid for medication on August 6, still haven't received my medication. Customer service doesn't exist.Avoid this company, pay more somewhere to actually get your product.

Communication was great until i completed the final consultation over the phone. I was told that the medicine would be sent on a Tuesday the day after, and two weeks later I have not received it. On the customer portal, I’m told that the delivery has been completed. I gave them several calls, sent emails, tried the customer portal several times, and received zero response. I hope this isn’t a scam, but it sure looks like one.

This company is a fraud. I did a one time Groupon with no auto renew. They auto renewed my prescription and I emailed 3xs to cancel. When I finally gkt a message from someone on their chat box they conveniently said my shipment had already been sent so they couldn’t refund my card. There is also no way to cancel on their website site. No one replies to emails or phone calls. I will be post complaints on all platforms that this is a scam.

I am an existing customer who was happy with the product. Semiglutide. I paused my shipments when I reached my goal weight. Since, I have decided to renew my subscription. I have messaged them FIVE times, emailed them TWICE and left a message on their voice mail asking them to respond. I HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE. This is poor poor customer service. It's frustrating to love a product, but can't get the service you DESERVE! I was paying $130/month for 9 months and have referred 4 people and this is the treatment I get? NOT HAPPY

I have used them twice and only because I bought Groupons. I waited over a month for my prescription both times. It's impossible to reach anyone and when you finally do, they tell you what you want to hear and nothing ends up happening. I would rather pay full price then have to deal with this company. Save yourself the hassle, headache, and frustration and use someone else.

I would advise against using their services. They are offering an excellent deal on Groupon, but if you continue using their services-you will start doing unauthorized charges. To top that they will ask you to send pictures of your bank statements to “prove “ to billing that an error occurred.

Gave wrong dosage, blamed me in support, super slow to respond.

The support is so bad. They respond but one sentence and never respond back to the second reply. I was also charged for a prescription but have yet to receive it. Their chat is garbage to use it never loads new message. ALSO they changed the date of my order without any email update or notification. Again took my money. Don’t do it.
