I did the intake with a doctor online and was charged $90 for medication that never arrived. I emailed them and messaged them through their system. Someone replied A MONTH AFTER MY INTAKE. They said I'd be getting a tracking number soon for my order. Another person said they were processing my refund. And another person said they were freezing my account for one year. I never got a refund and they deleted my entire account (I can't even log in).

Paid for their Latisse voucher on Groupon (pre-paid) and they have still refused to ship it, it has been a MONTH. They kept saying "we are so sorry it'll be resolved within 24 hours" said that 4 times then just stopped responding. They are a SCAM with pre-paid orders, they take the voucher and never send your product. BUYER BEWARE.

I was not contacted to discuss the medication and my current dose, they just sent the medication. The dose they sent was wrong. I emailed them multiple times and received no response. I tried calling the phone number on their website, which very cleverly disconnects after the first ring. I found another phone number on the internet which leads to a recording saying to send an email to the support team. I tried to cancel my membership/delete my profile, because why would I give my money to a company that is so unresponsive? Turns out, there's nowhere to do that. I tried to take my credit card information out of my profile so I wouldn't be charged again since I can't cancel, but you can't do that either, can you? So I set my charge limit to $1.00 so they wouldn't be able to process any payments. And low and behold, as soon as they got that decline notification they emailed me. They've been emailing me every day since about my payment declining, but not about getting my prescription wrong. If it acts like a scam, walks like a scam, and smells like a scam, it must be a scam!

Cosmeticrx.com sent products to me that I did not order. Then I had to go stand in a long line in the post office to return it. Even tho they got it back they did not credit my account and I had to dispute the transaction with my cc company. Also the customer service was horrible, then non-responsive.

This place is terrible. I suggest you try anywhere but here. They sent medication with dosage strength way too high. I contacted them they have done nothing to fix the situation. They have the doctor replying to messages. This issue has been going on for 3weeks. 9/10-today 9/24/2025

Terrible customer service. Asked for a phone number multiple times, never given. Would send a message and wait day after day for a response that didnt answer my questions. Charged my card the full $299 even though I bought a Groupon. Definitely a scam company... would recommend you stay away!!

Like others here, I placed an order (Latisse) and haven’t received it. The order was placed on September 9, follow up messages were sent in the 12th and 15th. Despite statements that messages are answered within 24 hours, I haven’t had a response. There is no number to call and no way to cancel my account.

I ordered latisse and did the pictures that was required and received nothing back from them. I called and some woman answered and I was asking if she could check and see if everything went through. She just said I was good to go and hung up. Never asked my name or anything. Waited and went back and did the redemption again. Waited no reply or anything. Emailed customer service was told I would receive info in 24 to 48 hrs. Received nothing. Emailed again and was told the Dr. Was reviewing my case and they would get back to me . I have heard nothing from them. They are a SCAM. BEWARE.
