Misleading Email to existing customers! Received the following “Thank you for your prior CosmeticRx purchase" with the subject line "Halloween Loyalty" that was sent to existing customers. I ordered based on the email I received and then was told “hi there that promo code is for new users only - the support team”. They falsely advertised to many loyal customers! Do the right thing and honor the promotion!

You place an order- no one responds, orders not shipped. They have all your info and there is nothing you can do to cancel your account with them or delete your credit card. Edit: I tried going on my account to make sure my card is deleted and my whole account is deleted apparently. So hopefully they deleted all of my info as well!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Expect to hear back from them in a week, not 24 hours like they claim. File a bad review on BBB and they’ll get back right away though. Their tirz is great, but as a company they suck.

I was sent a vial of tirzepatide that was not sealed correctly. The lid was crooked and wobbling upon arrival. The lid fell right off the vial of medication and was exposed to air. This is not sterile and is unsafe to use per FDA guidelines. I contacted CosmeticRX both via email, attaching pictures of the issue, and also through their messaging portal. They refuse to respond.

THIS COMPANY HA THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PURCHASED A GROUPON 4 MONTHS AGO AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE COMPANY 5 OR 6 TIMES AND ALSO CARLOS RICOTTI/I BELIEVE HE IS THE SUPERVISOR. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD FOLLOW THROUGH BUT NEVER DID. I BELIEVE THE COMPANY COSMETICRX IS A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I cancelled my order (via Groupon) as CosmeticRx did not communicate with me about my order after I had waited a week. This is despite my emailing them, sending messages to them via my customer account page as well as calling them.

Worst customer service ever. The staff NEVER returned a single voicemail, text message, portal message or email. It took over a month to get a refund. They also offer incentives like free shipping if you post a review here. SO HERE YA GO!

Cosmetics is A SCAM! I bought it on GROUPON and paid to try the product. They have horrible and unreliable customer service. I’ve had to fight them for going on three months!! Finally my Groupon went through then they charged me $60 for shipping ( was included in the Groupon price) then I had to cancel my card bc they charged me an additional 499! After fighting with Groupon here now a month later. They gave me a new Groupon code to re-do the process. They charged me again! Another 299! Scam scam scam. Shame on Groupon bc they continue to allow it!! Stay away from the headache and repeated unauthorized charges!!
