Chelsea was awesome setting up the account and giving me the information. Now I'm waiting for the Dr to go thru my bloodwork and approve the prescription.

Spoke to Chelsea, she was very nice. Told me what I had to do. .Hopefully I will get my injection soon.

The process has been pretty standard so far. I haven’t gotten my medication yet but I’m hoping shipping will be fast. I do wish they would’ve told me that I needed to get bloodwork done. Thankfully, I already had labs done recently so it didn’t slow down the process but something to consider. They could definitely do a better job at explaining and outlining the steps needed before medication gets shipped out because there are definitely more steps to the process that they don’t tell uou about upfront. The monthly refill pricing was Also the best I’ve seen though

I filled out the online questionnaires and they got back to me within 3-5 days. I asked my PCP to run a lipid panel for the required test for the prescription they did great job explaining autopay moving into the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff. It’s great to be able to afford these otherwise expensive medications! I go through them instead of my insurance and pay less than 1/3 of what my insurance charges. Thank you!
