To start, my overall experience was VERY GOOD. There were ups and downs, miscommunications, an incorrect charge, and some website glitches. HOWEVER, all of my communications were responded to in a professional manner, and the people I spoke or texted with through the patient portal followed up to make sure things promised had happened. It may have taken a little while for them to get back to me, but never more than 24 - 36 hours. The product came from a pharmacy that I know and trust, and has a stellar reputation. I believe that this company is going through some growing pains, but if you are willing to be patient and not get upset over small details going a bit astray (and then fixed), I think you will end up with a company that will be great to work with throughout your journey.

The first order had a couple glitches, but not because of the staff. The staff reached back to me very quickly and got it all taken care of. They were very friendly and very courteous. I love the Tirzepatide and it’s working wonderfully.

I have been a customer with Cosmeticrx for over 5 years without any issues. Yes, they're slow to respond to emails. But, when they do, you receive a notification via email. You can call them and speak with a live person. May have to wait a bit, but you will speak to a live person. Keep on top of your Rx and order and be the boss of your own health. They have authentic products, genuine medical staff and affordable pricing. I order Latisse and Semaglutide from them without any issues for a long time.
