The ease of getting the initial trial prescription was pretty painless. But, it was supposed to just be a trial to see if I wanted to continue receiving it. After the first $45 dollar charge, I tried the medication and decided it was not working for me. But 3 weeks in to that 4 week trial period, they charged my card again for $179 without authorization. They just decided at some point that my trial was now $179/ month prescription. When I contacted them about this, they said they would refund $20 dollars (which they never did) of the $179 and that was all they could do because the shipment was already in the mail. I just contacted my credit card company to dispute the unauthorized charge and they confirmed that no refunds of any kind were issued. No one ever answers the phone at their phone number. They tell you to email them which I have repeatedly and have gotten zero response. Very unscrupulous company. Buyer beware!

I received the product. That’s the ONLY positive thing I can say about this company. The customer service is almost non existent. I was initially instructed to call if I had any questions. I called the number I was given only to get a message machine that was not set up, then, full, then disconnected. One day by chance I got an actual person when I called the general number at cosmetic Rx. They instructed me to email after giving me advice about the product. I asked if they were a medical professional. They were not, they were repeating what they had heard others say. I was having some concerning side effects. I emailed and eventually, after resending my email up to 10 times a day for 2 weeks, received a response. I would be contacted by their physician team. That was over 2 weeks ago. I also sent messages on their site. I was informed that any medical questions needed to be emailed. Now, they’re telling me to contact the physician with side effects through their messaging on the site. I gave 2 stars instead of negative 5 because I have received the product. Terrible, terrible terrible, frustrating customer service and support for medications.

Worst customer service ever. When you have questions and concerns regarding anything medicinally, you expect a prompt response. Emailing, messaging on the “chat” - no response for 7 days now. 2 stars for the decent prices and the product itself, but the lack of help from the support team & the lack of phone number to reach support is crazy to me. I suggest doing more research into a different company for your GLP1 needs.

The product is fine but the communication is awful. They prefer communication over IM but take days sometimes never to respond. And ypu get no notification when they do reply, you just have to keep logging into your dashboard to see of there is a new message. When you finally find a number to talk to a human they do work to resolve your issue. Just wish they could make it easier on their customers.

Was already on Semaglutide wrote the doctor. Let him know that I was at .75. Sent me my first month at .25. Has me moving up 2.50 on the second month not exactly professional never responded. Would’ve been nice to know that they just want my money and don’t care about where I’m at in this process.
