My experience with Groupon and the merchant CosmeticRX has been absolutely terrible. First, I trusted Groupon as a platform and paid $80 to Groupon plus $30 directly to the merchant for a weight loss medication. From the beginning, I requested a refund because I felt uncomfortable, but Groupon refused and said the order would ship anyway. When the medication finally arrived, it came in terrible condition: the ice pack was completely melted, the medication arrived warm, and the temperature reading was unsafe. I immediately contacted both Groupon and CosmeticRX. The merchant ignored me for days, and when they finally replied, they sent a generic excuse claiming the medication is “tested” at high temperatures, which is not acceptable for such a delicate product. Groupon also refused to take responsibility. They kept repeating that “the order has shipped, so no refund.” Their customer service is useless — they don’t care about the safety of customers, they just protect shady merchants who use their platform to sell sensitive medications in unsafe ways. Now I am left with wasted money, spoiled medication, and absolutely no support. Groupon has lost all credibility. One trusts them as a marketplace, but instead they enable merchants like CosmeticRX to scam and endanger customers. 👉 I will never buy from Groupon again, and I strongly recommend others to stay away. Groupon does not protect customers, ignores serious complaints, and allows unsafe medical products to be sold on their site.

COMPANY IS CROOKED. Filed complaint with the BBB. SENT ME PACKAGE I DID NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Received email from them stating they would not bill me, they did!! Do not use this company.

This company is dishonest, and their product doesn't work. After the Groupon it charged my account $179 even though I sent messages, emails and talked with customer service about cancelling my account. I chose them from others because it states that they do not auto-renew. I called and asked if they did auto-renew and they said no then did it without my approval. I spoke with a representative about a full refund! I explained that the product does not work. I have used Sémaglutide in the past with different companies and had positive results, it is just really expensive. I think the product ingredients do not have integrity. I believe that they stalled responding to my messages about cancelling my order so they could charge me. I saw some negative reviews on BBB and will add mine, about the same situation. I wish I knew before spending money with their company. The messages on their site are delayed. They only replied on their site that they would give me a discount, so they obviously receive messages and answer at their benefit and choose not to assist customer request. It is sad that they would not rectify this, and I needed to contact my CC company.

Will not cancel what they consider a subscription that was clearly marked non- renewing from the first order. They never respond to the only avenue they give for "help" which is email.

Unable to receive a response from website message board. They disconnected their phone number on 7/22/25. I’m 99% sure I received a placebo medication as I have remained the same weight all week. I’m not having any of the normal symptoms that are associated with this drug such as fullness and no desire to eat. I am starving all the time even though I am consuming between 1,000 - 1,200 calories a day. I haven’t even lost an ounce. I have contacted them every day for a week through the website log in and the support@ CosmeticRx.com and no response. I am trying to cancel any further medication shipments and prevent being billed. I have contacted Groupon and they are no help at all.

This place was good until it wasn’t. I sent a message stopping my refills in April, in June they hit my card for $179. They agreed to refund my money after I sent them screenshots of my messages to stop refills. Then they decided not to refund my money because they had already sent the product out (which was their mistake). KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I received medication without safety cap in tack and blood smear all over label. I reached out online chat and emailed pictures but still no response for resolution. Un safe product, no customer service, waste of $ and frustration.
