CosmeticrxReviews of cosmeticrx.com

I originally purchased a Groupon for GLP1- for this company. The process was smooth, the product arrived in a timely manner. I did have some difficulties with customer service after that until I was lucky enough to reach Melissa, she was an absolute pleasure to interact with. The process with Melissa was smooth, communication was clear and everything was handled professionally. Melissa is truly an asset to this company.

I had a question about dosage and I got a call from Melissa. She helped me understand and she was very nice. So far it has been a good experience.

Melissa you are so good at customer service! Thank you

Melissa was amazing—very pleasant, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. She made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I truly appreciate the great service and look forward to ordering again.
