i am beyond disgusteds wiht your company i am going to make sure to leave reviews on reddit, yelp, and whoever else will allow it. you are dealing in medication and you have no phone number to contact anyone at. or i am sorry you do it is just a recording which does allow you to make selections. however it does not allow you to speak to anyone. insterad it tells you to go to the website log on and send a message which i i did and have not heard anything for 3 days what if i was sick. also now i am missing a week or so cause you all can not do your jobs. i never leave reviews bad or good. not to mention this is the 3rd company i have tried there semiglutide and had no side effects, with your i was nausious and had a pounding head ach. it was like 10 min but it was severe.

This company is truly terrible! Zero customer service. I have been trying to reach them for over 20 days after a purchase that still hasn't been fulfilled and no one is responding appropriately to the issue. Definitely do not buy any products here they are an absolute fraud!! Read all the reviews before you buy there and buy somewhere else to avoid the frustration they have caused me and so many others.....

This company’s customer service is nonexistent! You search and search for ways to contact them. It isn’t obvious. And, they have EST hours which makes it impossible to reach them from the west coast in the afternoon. And, when you finally find the contact email, they take a minimum of 12 hours to respond and their response is in appropriate based on the question asked. It’s like they purposely do not answer your question! And, when you call them, they refer you to the website and are totally useless!

TLDR: Unauthorized charges and no help from customer support. I first requested a prescription in Nov/Dec, when I still lived in the US. They required a call first with a doctor, which I scheduled but no one showed. I texted the number (as they indicate to do if you don't receive a call) but there was no response. Since I didn't get a response in time, I no longer needed the order. I got a response two months later (after complaining to an influencer who recommended them), and they asked me to call again. I indicated I was out of the country and asked if it was possible to just pay for a prescription so that I could bring the prescription to a pharmacy here in Europe. No one answered my question, I was just given a canned response to call the number. Since I am abroad I couldn't call. And then I received a message 4.5 months later asking if I was back in the US. I did not receive an email indicating I had any messages, so I was not aware. I never had the phone call that was "required" for the prescription to be filled, I never indicated I was back in the US. Then suddenly, literally 7 months since I originally requested the medication and 5 months since I told them I was no longer in the states, I get a charge for the order. This is not acceptable. I requested a refund and they just keep giving me canned responses. I ultimately submitted a request for refund through my bank.

They dont deserve even 1 star. They promise 2 day delivery but its been a month and nothing is delievred yet. Their customer service is not existent. It looks like its outsoursed inj the best case. Really looks like noone runs this company. I am questioning the quality of their product since their customer service is at zero plus their website apperantely has many faults and noone cares to fix it. They keep telling me to fill out intke form that has been filled out a month ago and their own website wouldn not let me do it again. When I message them about it ( no way to call them ), they keep repeating the same thing as if its a chat boot answering me. So if you have a really boreign lfe and no job, and would like to message the same thing back and forth and enjoy being frustrated, do order form this comapny.

Don't do it. I canceled my order, even have the confirmation from Groupon of the cancellation and the refund. However, 8 MONTHS LATER this company starts charging my card and sending me Tirzepatide! Seriously?!? What in the world is going on here? 8 months later you just start sending me meds and charging my card? I have disputed these through my credit card company but if you are thinking of using them - read the 1 star reviews - A LOT of people are having issues with them charging cards randomly!

CosmeticRX sent me my vial for Tirzepatide, and it was hot when I received it. I called them right away, but they refused to send a replacement and told me I’d have to pay if I wanted to replace it. The product could be unsafe at the temperature I received it, and they refused to satisfactorily rectify the situation. I lodged a complaint with Florida Pharmacy Board, and that agency said they wouldn’t do anything. Don’t trust this company or any company dispensing medication in Florida. They only want your money and couldn’t care less about your safety.
