In my emails I was getting so frustrated and it seemed no one was understanding what I needed. We got everything resolved in a matter of minutes. I had been having some issues with cosmeticrx and had reached out to my “team” and was getting nowhere. I finally sent an email out to customer service and received an immediate response from Melissa who took the time to understand my concerns and without hesitation handled and solved my problem within 24 hours. She is the only reason why I didn’t take my business elsewhere. She was kind and took care of everything fast and went above and beyond. Thanks Melissa!!!
