Sharing my experience - had to ship a new SUV for my nephew from Dallas to Atlanta - having never done that before, i looked online and got the heebie jeebies from all the stories posted online. I requested quotes from top companies (as rated by forbes) like Nexus, SGT, Roadrunner, Montway and a couple others and decided to take a chance on Corsia Logistics. saw good reviews on google/Trustpilot/bbb. the rate range was the same across - Roadrunner offered 575 and then raised it to 680. i didnt bother with the others - heard they all switch and bait and switch or something. And there are a whole lotta brokers (legal) who just make the connections. Corsia is a broker but theyre fairly thorough as i experienced. They quoted 670 and wanted a 270 deposit to book a ride - within a day they called and said ride is ready for today which was a Friday - driver (from Safeway Auto - the actual carrier) will call by 1 pm - he called at 2 15 and said im 5 mins away. Met up with him - he did a full job of walking around the truck and noticing and marking every minor scratch or dent. When asked abt delivery, he said im driving straight - so maybe by Sunday AM. Now, given the undependability experiences etc i saw on these comment sections - i told the receiving party to be ready for late Sunday or Monday or even Tuesday. Guess what - got a call Saturday afternoon at 2 that the car was delivered - i was shocked stunned and amazed..thats 24 hrs - amazing - i can see how this could be a problem if i was going to Atlanta on Sunday to pick the car up. Or if my nephew wasnt there to pick it up. That was my takeaway - be widely flexible when transporting your cars - there can be delays (frequently) and there can also be this kinda early surprises. Corsia was in contact throughout the journey which was refreshingly short.

The price quote I receive is not the lowest but it is still a good price and fair for the car I was shipping. The sale team advise me to wait until closing before committed to shipping, really showed great customer care value! Communication from Corsia was good, but there were bare minimum communication from the driver. It was not really their fault so 5 star for me.

We paid extra for a guaranteed date for pickup and they were able to pick up that day. The car arrived a day earlier than scheduled. The gentleman who transported was friendly and communicative. 100% would use this company again.

The company was very easy to work with and I would use them again BUT maybe not the same company that picked up my car. The driver did not get to my home until 9:30PM he backed the car out onto my street and it was too dark even with flashlights to throughly check out the vehicle. My car was covered in dust even though it was in an enclosed trailer. The trailer was not that great kind of pieced together. But if you do not mind that than no big deal. I would not transport a high dollar car with this enclosed transporter. The driver and company was trying to make an extra $100 a couple of times make sure you count your cash in front of him and watch him count it back.

Corsia was amazing. Personable, respectful, and punctual. I went with them after passing up on some of the other major players. Glad I did! Just end to end great experience and customer service. Employees were well trained!
