Pros: Decent communication from the company esp when figuring out time/place for pickup and where the vehicle was. Car was in good condition when dropped off, not too dirty. The drivers seemed fairly trustworthy. Cons: I'm really not happy about this, I was told multiple times that Zelle or Venmo would be ok to pay the balance because I KNEW ahead of time I would have no bank to get cash as I was moving cross country. The driver contacted me the day before (a Friday) that he'd only accept cash, I called Corsia regarding this issue and they then told me again, in writing, it would be fine to pay Zelle. When I picked up the car, driver was confused and again insisted only cash. My poor husband had to Uber all over the place to get cash on a Sat evening. Unnecessarily stressful, I would have gotten cash before my move had I known.

Great experience Picked up on time and delivered on time

I recently helped move my dad and we needed help transporting his car from southern to northern California. I found Corsia online and chose to go with them since they are based in California. I appreciated working with a smaller, family-based business instead of a national chain like most auto transport companies. They were friendly and courteous, explained the process well and always quick to respond. Coordinating and scheduling the pick up and delivery was a little complicated since those pieces were left to the driver, who was with a separate contracting company and not Corsia itself - but that was out of Corsia's control and ultimately worked out fine. Would recommend Corsia!

Corsia delivered on service and timeline as promised. Driver was punctual and professional. Will definitely use again.

First off - they had a reasonable price for delivery - but more important they picked up the truck on time, delivered the truck on time, and actually followed the request of calling me an hour early. The driver was polite, spoke fluent English and was very pleasant to deal with. Lastly - he seemed appreciative of the tip I gave him for his excellent work.

Communication with the person who scheduled our car transport was excellent. The transport itself was quick and the driver terrific. The only reason I don't give a five star review is that the quote was $1700 but when it came to picking up the car, it was $1850.

Driver could not back into our drive. Had to unload after dark on our road. he did get it done but very unnerving
