Great experience. Worked with Ryan for my car move from west coast to east coast. Everything went pretty well from the pick up to delivery.

I had a lot of trepidation going into this process. I had never shipped a car before, and had heard lots of horror stories. It wasn't helped when I filled out quote requests on a handful of auto shippers websites, only to be bombarded with 25 emails and phone calls from every rando salesman out there. But Corsia seemed different. They gave me a straight quote right away on their website without even talking to anyone. They didn't forward my number and email address to 10 other shippers. Their website was loaded with useful information. I felt at ease. And then once I went ahead with the reservation, my contact at Corsia, Ryan, was hands down one of the most polite and professional people I've ever dealt with anywhere. I mean, dude could get a job managing the front desk at the Plaza hotel. And finally, the actual shipping part. The driver was on schedule and communicative. My car was delivered without a scratch. Honestly the whole experience could not have gone any better. If I ever need to ship a car again, I will not hesitate to use Corsia.

They gave me the lowest quote for transport, and when I spoke to them, they were very businesslike and assured me they could have the vehicle picked up when I wanted, and Delivery when I wanted. It worked exactly such. They picked up my car from the sender on the day, guaranteed and delivered it to the recipient on the day guaranteed. I paid a $400 deposit when I booked the shipment and the balance was paid to the driver An exceptionally good experience I recommend them highly based on my experience

My recent experience with Corsia Logistics was the first time I ever had to ship a vehicle in a trailer (let alone a new one I had just bought), so I was apprehensive of the process and wary of many negative reviews for other companies and horror stories which had come up in my research online. During my first call with Ryan (my agent at Corsia), he put me at ease from the beginning and answered all of my questions thoroughly. But best of all, everything he told me was true and correct. The reasonable quote I got online (COD, enclosed trailer) was factual and ended up being exactly what I paid. I could see pictures of the vehicle at pickup on the online Bill of Lading they provided. The timelines were respected (allowing for unplanned delays on the road which were not anybody's fault). Communication was constant and Ryan's responsiveness and professionalism was second-to-none through the entire process. Insurance policy for the carrier was provided right when requested. My car was picked up from the dealership on the day it was supposed to be and delivered when agreed near my home without any damage in transit. Everything went exactly according to plan and I have nothing but praise for Corsia Logistics and Ryan. I will be reaching out to them again if I need vehicle transport services in the future. I will also be recommending them to anyone who does.

I had read many bad things about transport companies. I was very hesitant to use any of them. But I read another review and someone mentioned Corsia. I gave them a call and the associate I dealt with was awesome. Was very patient and told me exactly what to expect. Called me almost every day to let me know where things stand. The driver Sergio was great. On time and very nice to work with. I can’t say enough about the positive experience ! I would highly recommend Corsia to anyone and I normally don’t do reviews.

The customer service was great. My driver contacted me quickly and even got the delivery to me a day sooner! I would heavily recommend Corsia to anyone serious about shipping their car.
