The house smelled like mildew upstairs. The tv in the family room was much to small for the space. The coach in the family room smelled.

We rent a beach house each year. For the last several years we have used Corolla Classic Vacations to rent the same house. The first time we used Corolla Classic Vacations things were great. Then Wyndham took over and we've had struggles with payment processing and timeliness of communications. We like the house, so we're going to stay with Corolla Classics as long as the house does, but once the house is gone we will find a new rental agency.

We have had good and bad experiences with Corolla Classic Vacations. Our experiences have not been consistently good experiences, to say the least. Last year, Summer of 2017, our rental's air conditioning wasn't working. Two days later they finally got it fixed......sorry, but this is not how we expect to spend our hard earned money. On top of that, we had no volume on he TV in the living room.....it was not a good experience. There have been other Summers where our experience was a more positive one, but last Summer stands out.

House needed some upgrades. Left messages the past two years to that affect and nothing done about it. Understand they are just the agent but still they are the face of the property and should have received a response at the least. Renewal process is ridiculous and should not cost ANYTHING to do so. Finally the house was being torn down this year and so no alternative was given of where to stay this coming summer. Disappointing to say the least.

I was better in the past. No more welcome packages of significance received. There is a fee to utilize credit card payment option. It has lost the customer service high standard that Eddie and Denise established at its beginning.

The prices are reasonable, and nice locations, but the last 2 years we felt the homes were not cleaned well before our arrival. Last year we had to call them to come back and vacuum.

Cleaning fee unacceptable. I have been renting through this company for several years and have generally been very pleased. I have no complaints about the company but am very unhappy that they are now charging a cleaning fee and may result in looking elsewhere for rental.
