Pants, didn't send or lost my package then asked me to wait for over a month before they would "explore options". Stick to genuine, EU based sellers

I have 4 wine tumblers and the paint/finish on each one of them began to peel and flake off after using them for less than a year The company refused to replace them, explaining the flakes were not toxic.

How do I give this product and service less than 1 star? I was given a commuter cup for a gift. The first coffee I made and took with me, was stone cold within the hour. The first time I washed it the whole cup was ruined. Destroyed. But they are dishwasher safe, apparently. I contacted Corkcicle. They told me they couldn’t help me. I will NEVER buy another Corkcicle product again.

I mistakenly ordered the same thing twice & immediately sent mail to cancel one, was told that can’t happen and was provided the return policy with a link to return when I got the duplicate. Finally received the package and went in to return, when I got to the order NOT one item was available to return. Horrible service, final sale should have been noted, I will never order from this Company again- in fact if I can’t pick up a phone and call a company I will not order from them, bunch of snakes!!

I was gifted a Darth Vader 16 oz tumbler, after a few months mold developed under the slide that opens and closes where you sip. I tried to clean it but it ended up breaking because it’s not meant to snap off the slide to clean it. I had no other recourse but to order another lid. I found what I wanted for $5, it was a final sale item and I chose the 16 oz size and even ordered the Chewbacca tumbler as a gift. When I received my order the lid was for the 24 oz tumbler. I immediately contacted Corkcicle which was not an easy task, and explained the wrong size sent to me. Joy N. who I was corresponding with was no help at all. Since it was a final sale I was not able to return it. I was sure to choose the correct size so some glitch must of occurred for the order to show I ordered the 24 oz size. Nevertheless after numerous times of at least trying to get a discount code or free shipping, I was refused to be accommodated and I’m stuck with a lid I can’t use. I will not give Corkcicle my business ever again and will purchase another lid replacement else where. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CORKCICLE! You will regret it! Worst customer service ever!

I ordered a 20 oz Canteen Sport water bottle. Right after order my daughter found th exact bottle I wanted. I immediately emailed Corkcicle and requested they stop order. They informed me they never cancel an order. I could receive it and pay shipping; however, they didn't tell me I could only return the bottle. I had ordered what I thought was a different lid but exactly like one that came with bottle. I also got their "surprise" gift. Neither the extra lid nor "surprise" gift were returnable but they only tell you in a return paragraph not next to the extra items I ordered. Also the shipping cost is expensive due to a fee for restocking fee. I have emailed and called the company begging them to give me a break but they stand on their return paragraph. I hate this company. I have spent $57 on items I don't want and the extra lid I thought was one that you pop open and can shut and lock. I will go back to Yeti and Amazon. I hope the company goes under

Received a16oz CORKCICLE hot and cold mug for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately after the first use, the top of the lid leaked coffee all over me. I sent a email to their customer support and was told because it was international there was no warranty. However my family purchased it on their website in Canada. Still no warranty. Very poor product and customer service.

I bought my husband one of the star wars droid cups with a lid. He was very happy with the purchase. But 5 months later the enamel paint has peeled away from the cup edge. The company informed that this was normal wear and tear.
