I’ve bought products from them before and was a loyal customer . Recently I bought a bottle per advertisement and one with completely different cap. They pulled a blatant bate-and-switch number . I bought star wars sport canteen Their bate was beautiful elegant cap design that i liked when i saw it on their website . Their switch was , ugly , awkward looking plastic contraption that did not fit with the canteen at all , and of course it was NOT advertised . 5 emails and a phone call later , when i brought up the obvious discrepancy and pointed out in multiple pictures that bait and switch is actually an illegal tactic , they told me “ We sent you the exact item that was advertised on our website” They have gotten arrogant and dismissive with their customer base . You guys be the judge . Another lost loyal customer . Never using them again .

Accidently put in the wrong address. They can't change my address or cancel my order. Customer service was awful.

Have purchased 4 individual Sports Canteens from this company in the past 12 months. Two of them became unusable within a month of purchase due to poor quality. As others have commented, the customer service, sense of responsibility to the environment, and commitment to the quality of their products is non-existent. Given these water bottles cost more than $100AUD each the quality is astoundingly bad! Here's a couple of experiences I've had in more detail: Example 1: Purchased the 32 ounce size Sports Canteen in Midnight Blue Jan 2024. When it arrived the handle had come off during postage and it took a bit of effort to get back on. The handle continued to come off repeatedly, although this problem was minor compared to what happened next... After I'd washed the bottle a couple of times, the seal inside the Quick Sip Cap started popping off - this was not as easy as the handle to keep putting back on and the bottle no longer closed properly and leaked all over my bag, phone and work documents. The Midnight Blue coating also started to show signs of wear after a couple of washes. Within a month of purchase the bottle was completely unusable. Contacted Corkcicle via their online form for help and my request went into a giant black hole and I never received a reply. Example 2: Bought a Marvel themed Sports Canteen for my son for Christmas in Dec 2024. It also lasted less than a month. The handle kept falling off. It fell off when my son was trying to get it out of his bag last week and the bottle fell a short distance to the floor. The Quick Sip Cap is so poorly designed and the materials are of such poor quality, that it shattered upon impact with our living room floor. Corkcicle now claim that this is not covered by warranty. It will cost more than AUD$60 to buy a replacement Sports Cap!

I hate to leave a bad review as I loved my tumbler. But after about 2 weeks my £40 cup started flaking. There is no care instruction on the cup. Apparently it’s hand wash only! Customer services don’t care. There are better, cheaper and longer lasting products out there!

The metal coating on the cup began flaking off after 6-9 months of use. I did not misuse the cup and hand washed it. I sent pictures and asked for a replacement and they declined. I do not recommend their products.

What a SCAM! I entered my email to get notified when an out of stock item becomes available. I then placed an order for something else I wanted. 1.5 hours after I placed the order I received an email that the out of stock item was now available 🤔. Since I already paid shipping costs, I emailed customer service to waive the additional shipping costs I would now have to pay for this suddenly available item. The answer was No. So it seems like Corkcicle shows items as out of stock and then they suddenly become available to purchase to screw the customer for more shipping costs. NO THANK YOU. Definitely losing many customers with all of these terrible customer service reviews

I, too, wish I had checked here. When I entered my payment information it automatically updated it to my old address and I immediately emailed them, but in their policy there is no possible change of address. The apartment complex has a package room, so it will not ever be "returned to sender" and I am out the money and have no product. What a scam.

I wish I had checked here prior to ordering from this company. I admittedly was off one digit in the shipping address. As soon as I hit purchase, I realized it. I immediately (minutes later) started looking for phone numbers and support. They do publish the phone number and support simply replied the next day that they could not update my shipping address and couldn’t cancel my order (it has not yet shipped). It was a $70 order. No help, no flexibility, no options. Very poor customer service and I would highly recommend considering a different company. Ref 1632441
