Hi Richard - I'm sorry you had a negative experience in the course. Your comments were concerning so I had the course tested on an iPad Pro and an Iphone 7. Everything seems to be working well. We recommend a tablet or larger screen for the best user experience. I wish we would have known you were having problems before you completed the course. We would have gladly helped you resolve the issue. If you ever take another Corexcel course, please contact us if you run into trouble. That's what we're here for.

Easy to use program
Easy to use program, well layed out and easy to follow guides. My only issue is the testing/evals are slightly clunky to use. Too many places to click instead of having it roll through smoothly.

Online takes a long time to load and…
Online takes a long time to load and the videos don't work on my laptop. But sometimes online won't load at all! Very frustrating! I discovered the videos sometimes work on my phone.
