Good afternoon! Often our Team Dimensions profile is used by organizations as a class requirement or in a team building event. It’s most effective when you can discuss how you fall within a group and what your style contributes to your team, but that doesn’t mean an individual cannot benefit from the results of your assessment. Were you expecting something different? Can you help us understand what you were expecting so we might be able to present a better experience next time? Was your access code delivered quickly? Did you have any problems accessing the assessment? Or perhaps your feedback is about the Team Dimensions report itself? We thank you in advance for your feedback and your help!

Hi Richard - I'm sorry you had a negative experience in the course. Your comments were concerning so I had the course tested on an iPad Pro and an Iphone 7. Everything seems to be working well. We recommend a tablet or larger screen for the best user experience. I wish we would have known you were having problems before you completed the course. We would have gladly helped you resolve the issue. If you ever take another Corexcel course, please contact us if you run into trouble. That's what we're here for.

Hi Violet – That doesn’t sound like an enjoyable experience. I would be frustrated as well. Typically, the course videos load quickly, but there are many factors that can affect download speeds. I'm sorry you feel that way about the course. It was intentionally designed to cover the concepts outlined in the textbook. I think you'll find that most courses that use a textbook, follow the concepts contained in the book. While some of the reading in the course is taken directly from the textbook, purchasing the books is completely optional. We do our best to say that in several places on our website. We also offer purchase options with and without the textbook, study guide and dictionary. The online course includes games, practice exercises, practice tests, animations, pronunciation clips and exams that cannot be done with the textbook alone. The online course includes a PDF copy of the textbook which is another reason we make the books optional. Many of our students prefer to read offline and then login to do the games, exercises etc. Other students want the books to keep as reference material when their access to the course expires. Others purchase the course by itself and complete everything online. We try to offer options for everyone. I'm really sorry you felt the course was pointless. It typically receives exceptional reviews from the students who complete the course. Some of them can be seen on this page. If you would like to take a 2nd look we would be more than happy to restore your access.
