Beneficial program
The program was easy to complete and it gave you a lot of feedback. I would have liked if the digital version could have been completed more than once for the amount I paid for it.

Alyson, thank you so much for posting your feedback. I'd be interested to learn more about why you were interested in taking the assessment again. DiSC is considered to be extremely valid and reliable but unfortunately no psychometric tool is perfectly reliable or valid. The test-retest situation was measured when the assessment was being developed. The course was realistic and well presented. Minor issues. You did not talk about 5 lead heart monitor. Overall great

Good course, small issue
The course is in depth and very good about giving explanations and definitions. Most of the activities are helpful and easy to understand. My only issue is that with the image labeling, it doesn't tell you which ones you got wrong. It only gives you a percentage of what you got correct. I think it would be better if it said which ones were wrong so that the student could figure out what was actually wrong and be able to correctly identify everything from thereon.

Thank you so much for your feedback. You are 100% correct. The course does not show the answers after a test is submitted. We thought it needed to be set up that way because of the multiple test attempts. Having access to the answers makes it easy for students to gain an advantage over the testing system. While the order of the test questions is random with each attempt, often the same questions are asked. I know it can be frustrating but please understand that we made the decision with our students in mind. Tip: You can click Check My Work to get general feedback prior to submitting the answers.

I would recommend Corexcel for your CEU …
I would recommend Corexcel for your CEU needs. The only issue I had was their servers were not able to keep up with the demand at times and caused me a little bit of a headache while in the middle of a chapter exam. I did not lose credit for the test, and was able to finish, but only barely made it in the time allotted. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would have no problems using their service again, or recommending them to anyone else.

Congratulations on completing the course Robert! Completing that particular course is definitely an accomplishment. I'm sorry you ran into problems with the course servers. I've passed your comments on to the publisher. Hopefully it is something they can fix quickly. I know connection speeds are dependent on several factors as well as multiple servers. Customer service beyond your expectations
Had a huge event that I was facilitating and I had to work through a 3rd party for access to the attendees. Corexcel's customer service was the best I have ever dealt with. They were efficient, clear in communication, willing to resend several times to some attendees, customized the emails they sent, etc. Truly exceptional - I won't use anyone else for DiSC products and I was an authorized distributor for years!

Corexcel Is Awesome!
Corexcel Is Awesome! The products that Corexcel has are always very user friendly and easy to understand. The profiles are always right on and the tools to present them to staff are fabulous. I enjoy using them as a trusted resource in my role of HR and also use it in my adult education.

A&P Course Review
