Core Balance TrainingDedicated to reversing the causes of lower back pain, Core Balance Training is an online program that uses core activation and movement retraining to help people improve posture and escape the back pain cycle. Students first learn how to activate the spinal support muscles of their deep core by connecting to their 'Core Anchors', then how to apply that connection to movement. Students are guided through a system of core-based movement, resulting in a healthy core connection and supported spine in activities of daily life.Core Balance Training was founded in 2016 by Dr. Ryan Peebles, a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has committed over 20 years to better understanding and reversing the root causes of chronic lower back pain. After overcoming his personal struggles with back problems, Dr. Ryan now guides others to get out of pain. The 12-week program can be completed by all ages and fitness levels. It begins with simple core-based movements, progressing to functional and complex movements over a 3 month period. All movements become healthy for the spine, allowing students to return to higher level activities, such as fitness and sport without pain. Other outcomes are improved function and reduced or eliminated lower back pain. Because the solution focuses on education and movement retraining, the results of Core Balance Training are typically lifelong.

Already after one week, I felt less pain. It was still the Try-Week. So I stay. It is a great Programm, well organized and helpful everywhere you need. I Like this a lot. To feel a Change does not need hours a week of hard Training, but small Sessions every day. The best thing I find was breathing. This alone Help already, and we breath all the time, so it is a great opportunity to use it. Thanks a lot ❤️

It was a good program and I definitely improved awareness and connection. Your program is practical, simple to understand and apply and more reasonable in maintenance mode.

This program really works! I've had chronic low back pain for over 30 years. After 3 days on this program I had a significant reduction in pain and now after completing the program I rarely have back pain. Great value as I have spent many thousands of dollars trying so many things that barely helped if at all. Thank you Dr. Peebles for putting this program together. I highly recommend this program!

The program is wonderful; the structure is very helpful and easy to follow. My back pain has subsided substantially in just 11 weeks. More importantly I recognize the movements that are “dangerous” and am starting to know how to avoid them, what positions to put my body in, and how to engage in daily movements. I am excited about my physical future and this program is the primary reason. I went from a life of constant fear that my back might give out at anytime to an understanding that my back health belongs to me.

This is a perfect program for getting pain free and stronger. I came to it after doing physical therapy for an SI joint injury, and this program helped me build up my strength to keep it from happening in the future. I loved Dr. Pebbles and his easy methodical approach.

This program was incredibly beneficial for me. As a professional athlete, my body takes a beating, and when I started this program in the Spring, I was preparing for my 3rd back surgery. Within a a few weeks of doing the program daily, I felt much better and have been able to postpone the surgery as my pain has significantly improved. The best part about this program is that it can be done in a hotel room, on the floor at an airport gate, or living room. The program is very easy to follow and never pushes anyone to move on until they are ready for the next step. The customer support has been exceptional, and I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a program that can help stabilize their core and back muscles. Can't say enough about how well it worked for me.

Great program and excellent customer service. The program instruction is easy to follow and Dr. Ryan explains everything very well. The program offers tons of resources including videos, articles, and an online community for support. It is very apparent they really want you to succeed. I definitely recommend the program!

I could go on and on about this course but I will *try* to make it short and sweet. First, it works! With dedication you can truly have astonishing results. I have also learned so much in such a short period of time that I spent years trying to understand on my own and thru the medical systems. I have gained a true understanding of mind and body connection and the importance of the community support so you feel less alone. The team members and Dr Ryan are some of the kindest humans, their responses to each and every student question are thoughtful and thorough, genuine and sincere. I truly can't recommend CBT enough, from the community, to the mental aspects, to the core connection explained in such great depth, I couldn't ask for more! Thanks for all you guys do for the back community!
