I have ordered from Cor Bloom several times and I’m always happy when the package arrive. Beutiful jewellery, so many choices and always packed nicely(beutiful box, cleaning cloth etc.) I reached out to customer service once when one item was missing in the package. They answered within a couple of hours. The item had gone out of stock but they immediately gave me several options for replacement, all to my benefit. I will continue to buy my jewellery from Cor Bloom and I always recommend them to my friends.

I wanted to talk to you about the jewels for a moment because I really liked them: they are well-groomed, bright and once worn they make a really nice effect. You can see that there is attention to detail and quality. I also want to say a few words about assistance, because I think it matters a lot. There was a little misunderstanding with an earring, nothing serious, but they were really super helpful and helped me solve everything right away. They were kind, fast and very attentive, which is not at all obvious. When a brand behaves like this, I think it's worth saying.

I placed an order on Nov. 30th and it was taking forever for it to arrive, So I reached out to customer service and they found out that my package was lost! So they replaced my entire order and also threw in a couple free gifts and expedited shipping! I was so amazed at how well they handled my situation and lost mail is out of their control and they still made it right! They got a lifetime customer here! 🫶

Cor Bloom have been absolutely wonderful with their jewellery and customer service. A lovely, friendly company who really care about their customers. The jewellery is beautiful and delicate and I am very happy with my order!

J'ai passé plusieurs commandes sur le site. Effectivement le délai de livraison est long, mais les produits ont un excellent rapport qualité prix, les attentions sont démultipliées : très belles boîtes à bijoux, bijoux en cadeau, et le SAV est réactif car la dénommée Amanda m'a renvoyé 2 bijoux, l'un pour un mauvais coloris, l'autre car la pampille était cassée, ce sur une dizaine de commandes, ça n'arrive pas souvent je précise. Il y a du choix dans les tailles, on n'est pas obligé d'acheter le labret à part contrairement à d'autres marques qui n'en produisent pas ou le fournissent en taille unique. Et pour le copines qui ne se sont pas faites percées chez le perceur, on trouve du 20 gauges (0,8mm) pour leur faire de jolis cadeaux. Bref, que du plus si ce n'est le choix du livreur qui dépose les colis sur le perron. Par chance, je vis dans un coin où les voisins sont sympa et j'ai toujours trouvé mon colis mais je peux comprendre que certains puissent être perdus.
