False Advertsement
Hey ladies, stay away from this company.! Tjhe jewelry is cheaply made and not at all as pictured. It was a nightmare to return and I am still waiting for my refund after 6 weeks

That being said, it's important for us to clarify for potential clients reading your review- You returned your order after Christmas, during the busiest time of the year, and you did not wait for 6 weeks for a refund, the refund was processed within 14 business days of receiving your return, and within our return protocol timeline of 15 business days which is clearly shown on our website- https://coravanajewelry.com/pages/return-policy We were responsive to all your emails and did whatever we can to speed things up. We do not false advertise anything, however claming you waited 6 weeks for a refund is false information. Our jewelry is handmade by our skillful team of ladies, using premium materials, and looks exactly like the photos. You might not like the jewelry which is perfectly fine, but it's not cheap:) Thank you for your review, we will embrace it and continue to improve our standards for our clients!
