I purchased the hidden spark necklace & bracelet. When they arrived the bracelet was broken. I followed the site instructions for returns, received an immediate apology & assurance that the bracelet would be replaced & it was. Yes, I was disappointed that the bracelet I 1st received was broken but the great customer service made me feel even better about the brand. I now own 5 beautiful pieces from Coravana & plan to give some as gifts. The designs are unique, quality is excellent & customer service is top-notch.

The jewelry is gorgeous. I became anxious about receiving it but I remembered that the pieces are made after order and that was done during a holiday weekend.
