Very well made
I ordered the brown stone necklace, bracelet and earrings. The necklace and bracelet stone was a little on the cheap side, especially for the price. The black stone necklace is gorgeous.

Hi Emily, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. Our stones (crystals) are of premium quality, made in Europe, and offer a great cut and shine. However, we completely respect your opinion, and we will do a better job of ensuring that each stone leaving our studio passes our strict quality control procedure, we can always do better:)

Quick response
I was glad to receive your prompt response after you read my message. Unfortunately I still yet receive my Celestine Chain Bracelet. Hope I'll get it before Christmas. It's little bit frustrating for your company not to have a customer service phonenumber in USA, which I think is a faster way than sending emails.

Dear Luisa, Thank you for sharing your honest experience with us. We can see that your bracelet should be delivered within the next few days, and well before Christmas. We want to thank you for your orders and support. We hope you're enjoying all your Coravana pieces!

Apart from the jewellery dazzling whenever I wear it and get so many compliments, the customer service excels as well. I had a mistake with my jewellery, and in no time I was given a better offer and what I ordered arrived in less than 3 days.

Hola
Hola! No he recibido mis piezas, incluso la guia DHL menciona que se regresaron el dia 14 de octubre . Ya he comprado anteriormente y es la primera vez que pasa algo asi. Ayudenme a volver a enviar
Response from CoravanaDec 1, 2025
Hi Denisse, Your package was returned to the shipper because it was not claimed and released from the customs office in Mexico. DHL tried to speak to you, but were not successful. We recently sent you an email to try to find a solution, but we didn't hear back. Kindly reply to our team so we can assist.
