Gorgeous Bracelets! Thank you!
I’ve ordered a few different bracelets. I’ve been getting daily compliments on them. The bracelets are all gorgeous, the quality is high-end, and the leather & crystals used are beautiful. My favorite is the daydream bracelet in grey. Shipment came pretty quick too with no headaches. Thank you Coravana for creating a beautiful product! Will definitely be ordering more soon!

I received my wrap bracelet and…I was wrapped! Every girl needs one!
I received my wrap bracelet and matching earrings yesterday and was straight off impressed! They looked stunning - better than the photos! I was also surprised at how soft and supple the leather was and the workmanship is beautiful! Love, love, love! It did take a while for the parcel to arrive but when I enquired with Coravana they knew exactly where it was and continued to keep me posted with regular e-mails. Thanks Coravana. Brilliant all round! The wrap bracelet also makes a stunning necklace - think I’ll need a second one!

Why So Long??
I think your products, packaging & website are all great looking with cutting edge pieces. My sincere concern is how long it has taken to receive my order. I thought I gave plenty of time before my wife’s birthday to receive my items. Unfortunately they still have not arrived.

Hello Michael, Thank you for appreciating our products. Let us provide you an update with your parcel. As of July 1, 2019, your parcel has departed to USPS facility in TRENTON NJ DISTRIBUTION CENTER . The item is currently in transit to the destination of your USPS location. Michael, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, once payment has been authorized by our team. Some products can take longer, due to our high-quality products are handmade. And It’s possible the delivery time take longer due to customs inspection. For Standard Shipping, the parcel would take 10-15 business days. And as we have checked, your order is still within delivery time. Don't worry Michael, we'll keep an eye on your order. Our customer service team is always willing to help you in any concerns.

Is this a scam?
I ordered two bracelets on June 2. I received notification on June 13 that my order shipped and it would be approx two weeks before I received them. I received a second notification on June 25th that my ordered shipped and it would be approximately two weeks before I received them. I have not received my order and have no way to track this order. I contacted the company regarding the shipment and have not received any response. I am beginning to wonder if it is a scam and needs to be reported.

Hello Martha, We are very sorry to have sent you delayed email. We had an issue with automated email service from the shipping company that triggered this delayed email update to you. We have identified and fixed the problem already. Martha, as we have checked your order, our system shows that it is currently in transit and the expected delivery is on Friday, June 28, 2019. We have also replied to your email. Again, we are sorry for this inconvenience, Martha.
