I thought I was sent the wrong bracelet. I emailed Coravana and actually got two replies. I quickly realized my error. I want to compliment the quick response from Coravana. Emma was really sweet in her note back to me. I really wanted a different bracelet but felt it was too pricey for me, so I got the less expensive one. I love the bracelet I got (I actually got two...different colors) but would have like the more expensive one. That's where the confusion came in. The products are great and they are boxed beautifully …. ready as a gift. xo Gayle

Hi Jul 11, 23:46 -04 This is a follow-up to your previous request #2483323 "Coravana.com - Customer Car..." Hi Emma,I want to verify that all is good with the order I placed. I am so excited to get it in. I gave the purple-ish one that I first not to my soon to be daughter in law and she is absolutely thrilled with it! I adore her and it made my heart so glad to give her an unexpected gift that she just flipped over. She said that everyone comments how gorgeous it is and people at the coffee shop she runs in our town have actually asked to touch it and rave over the quality. I wanted to share this with you and you absolutely have my consent to use that review anywhere you would like. Have a great weekend and thank you again for working with me to resolve the color issue. Its wonderful that a company treats their customers as they would want to be treated. My husband owns a small business and he runs it that way as well. I truly appreciate your customer service. Sincerely, ta

This is an amazing bracelet beauty and comfort in one package, because of the length you can use it as a long necklace or a double necklace this is another amazing look. The craftsmanship is exquisite. Delivery is a bit long but well worth the wait. I will definitely be purchasing more pieces. Buy It!
