This product is a life saver! I have severe osteoporosis and taking this has dramatically helped my bones! Since I started this about 10 years ago I have never had a fracture or break. Before taking this I broke my back,broke my wrist and had several fractures ! And believe it or not I had bad IBS!!! real bad and ever since taking this 3 times a day, I do not have any problems,I swear by this product!!
