The website wouldn’t let me setup an account. I’ve been purchasing and using coral calcium for years. I know the shopping is slow so I order ahead of time but the website would allow me to setup an account so I can track my order’s process. Instead of creating the account it forward’s me to a 10% off coupon I’m supposedly getting for free, which I never did, but instead sends me to a newsletter signup. I like the product but pour customer service.

The tracking says it is supposed to be delivered by 9 pm today the 13th but also says it might be delayed. Hi Charles, I am very sorry that your package has been delayed. You placed your order at 10 pm on June the 25th and we shipped it the very next day by 10 am. After tracking your package, it looks like the postal service is having some delays due to the virus. It did not leave Pensacola FL until July 1st? Very strange. The tracking number is 9400111899563357885938 and it looks like it should arrive to you in the next couple of days. I have called and left you a message, please call back. I will reship or give you a 20% discount (refund) your choice. Either way, we will get you taken care of. Again, please accept my apology for the slow delivery. Update: Charles, Your package was delivered on the 6th of July. I am sorry that it did take a lot longer than it should have. Sometimes the Postal Services does have some minor issues. Covid 19 has not helped. Most of the time they get our packages to our clients in 2 to 3 days. I am going to follow up with my offer and refund you 20% of the cost of your product order.
